Thanks for posting this. I was going to wait until black friday but I think I'll pick this up now. I have less than a quarter acre and only mow every 2-3 weeks, but it takes me a while with the push mower and I usually have to charge batteries half way through. Hoping this works as well as the reviews I've seen. Should entertain the kids as a bonus.

Reviews say that the dev team is still working on the bugs, and there's always a chance that the company could vanish in a year or two compared to the big ones. The big ones cost 2-3x as much though so figured I'd take the risk. The tech still has a lot of room to mature so I don't think it's worth getting a super expensive one.

I think it's because they lower the prices randomly and people try to get price adjustments which Amazon does not offer. So they end up returning and reordering... Just like I did. I ordered at $699 and a week later it dropped to $599. Wouldn't let me adjust and suggested I return the old and make a new order. Shipping costs not in their calculations or something. 🤔

So far so good. I only have the Landroid WR147 to compare it to but it was a dumb boundary wire one which sucked btw. This was easy to set up. Only charges for about 45 mins or so before needing to recharge, not necessarily a con. Biggest con imo is lack of GPS tracking bc I'm worried about theft.

Thanks for the info. I purchased an Ecovacs Goat O1000 1-2 months ago. It has GPS tracking, but it was $250 more than this deal. I might pick this up for a second yard to compare them, but the lack of GPS tracking concerns me. Have you looked into any 3rd party solutions? I would want GPS tracking.

I purchased the Mammotion Yuka Mini 800H for myself. It required a separate module for 4G connectivity, but worth that peace of mind imo. This Anthbot purchase is for my parent's place which has a fenced in yard so not as much of an issue.

As for tracking for this, I guess an Airtag could be a temporary solution, but it's detectable and you'd also need a spot to anchor it to the mower.
