Ordered the Eddie Bauer egift card with some promptly but no pin to be found. Contact a customer service we tried reissuing it and again no pain or way to receive it. Amazon had to refund it finally

I had the same thing happen! Ended up getting refund too. Which sucked since there was free shipping no minimum today for EB. Luckily found code EBMC15 for 15% off which came close to the $10 I was going to save. I had hoped to double dip. Why they suddenly had missing PINs makes no sense.
