Best Buy will match this if you talk to support, at least that is what worked for me since I didn't want to drive all the way to the nearest Microcenter.

I had BB price match earlier. Called them up and they applied a second price match to bring it down to this. Saved a trip!

So much for the tariffs pumping the price. I fell for the fearmonger and bought at msrp. This is a pretty good cpu and especially at this price

With Microcenter rewards card you get 5% instant cashback which is close to negating the local sales tax. With Best Buy rewards Credit card its only a 5% in rewards points, which I keep forgetting to use and lose it. So I prefer Microcenter.

AMD already has a 3 year warranty on the CPU. Personally I didn't opt for it. In all the PCs I've built, the only one that has shown any problems is the i7-13700K. But that is a special case as it is already known to have an issue.
