I believe you are looking at the non-heatsink one. I think this is the lowest the heatsink one has been.

I'm looking at the price trendline in this post that shows some product (I assume this one) has been $149 since March. Not my information, just what I'm seeing here.

Ordered one too, just over 7TB written on it, no manual though... but I can deal with that. For 183+tax it was too good to pass up, absolutely acceptable price for a used drive
