Most pre-workout is literally just Caffeine, Creatine, and questionable nonsense.

This is the way.

Kids who take stuff like this are gonna be confused why they have heart problems in 30 years smh

FYI I'm not criticizing anyone who orders this and wants to use it though. Just be aware of the effects of caffeine and use it responsibly is my recommendation. 300mg is high for the average person, but might be a reasonable dose for someone who weighs 200 lbs+. And individual tolerances factor into it. Personally I would prefer a pre-workout with a base level of 160-200mg caffeine and if I wanna have an extra potent serving I would take 1 and a half scoops on a given day (keeping in mind that this would not be an everyday practice, and I would also schedule breaks from caffeine entirely into my life).

I think the daily recommended limit by the FDA is 400 mg but, again, depends on the person.
This isn't the worst pre I've ever seen - the 8mg of L-Citrulline Malate isn't terrible - and the dosages of everything are actually listed out. That being said, underdosed in just about everything else. Better to just buy ingredients you need separately and stack.
