I was reading about this motherboard and there seems to be concerns around the quick release design of the pci slot that damages gpu connectors. this was later updated in the asus apex motherboard

Only a 90-day Woot limited warranty. You are out of luck if the motherboard breaks after that.

I wonder if asus could claim woot is not a authorized reseller hence reason to deny any warranty claims.
