Edit: The $309 combo looks like it's fulfilled by Amazon with prime shipping. That one might be ok, but your odds on the slow shipped ones from China are real low

Amazon definitely has some shady practices regarding fake products, and their feedback system. I have had issues with both in the past. You'd think they'd just ban sellers pulling that crap, but it's clear that they value money over ethics.

The Neo bundle doesn't include a controller if I remember correctly. You can fly it with your phone, but that's going to have a very limited range.
DJI is Chinese and it is currently restricted from being imported by CBP. So you have no other way of buying it other than buying via direct ship from China

lol what's to be afraid of? It's Amazon if it's fake opened or broken, you get the money back. Use a good credit card helps too. It's foolproof. Most of the time you don't even need to return the item if they try to scam
