A search of the radio's FCC ID will confirm this although most are between 1 and 1.7 watts and .34 watts on the 467 Mhz channels.

These also have their own privacy codes, so they can't communicate, easily, with other FRS way radios. I've been trying to find one that matches, with my old Midland A51 model, and haven't found a compatible channel, with privacy code, that will match, yet.

I actually bought this exact same product on Prime Day for $39.99. No coupon code at the time. I could exchange for the difference in cost but the range isn't as great as advertised. Maybe half mile without interferences. With any ounce of interference, that range begins to tank very rapidly
I would recommend something other than this. The range is not as great as advertised. Especially with radio interferences from vehicles plus obstructions that may be in the way. If you guys are planning on staying very close distance, maybe it'll work
