I bought two on the same order and it applied to both.
Yes, but the key point I was trying to make is you have to go through the seller as opposed to going through the manufacturer which is more typical.

So Amazon purchased Repel umbrellas are not under manufacturer warranty. Having said that, the Amazon seller Upper Echelon Products LLC warranties these umbrellas for life, and a couple of reviews mentioned getting replacements from the seller by messaging the seller through Amazon. I believe the seller is a Repel distributor; you can get replacement from the seller and the seller can get replacement from Repel.
Upper Echelon Products LLC is Repel Umbrella themselves. If you visit Repel's website and scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page, you will see ©️ 2024 Upper Echelon Products. If you were to visit their contact us page, you will see that their email is [email protected], which is the same exact contact email listed in the Amazon seller's profile.
