This is a solid deal overall for an off the shelf Pc. I built a very similar unit but with an x870 MOBO. But parts
7800x3d =$300,
MOBO=$120,
32gb ram = $100,
1tb NVMe SSD $80,
850w PSU, $100,
9060xt 16gb GPU $375,
AIO Cooler=$100,
Case=$100.
That's already $1,270 without windows. (License is <$20) but that's a decent build IMHO

exactly for $1300 is starting price on RTX 5070 prebuilts on newegg which is 30% faster GPU.

Overkill on the CPU. Huge bottleneck on the GPU. It should have at least a 9070 XT/5070 ti

Honestly, this build and price doesn't look bad to me. The other builds within this price range, even with a 5070, doesn't come with a 7800X3D. At least with the 7800X3D, you won't have to upgrade the CPU for a long time. It's easier for someone who doesn't want to build a PC to upgrade the graphics card later than the CPU. Let's put it another way, if this whole build was selling for $1000 minus the GPU, would you buy it? You would still come out ahead if you buy this, sell the 9060 XT 16GB, and then buy the GPU you want.

If I didn't already buy a case, PSU, and the 7600X3D bundle at Micro Center, I would've purchased this right now.
