Sodium Chloride, and potassium chloride for a basic one like Gatorade and even some pedialytes, Add magnesium and zinc to make it better like an LMNT powder.
Or really cheap out, use a bit of table salt and get your hands on some of the fake salt at the grocery store. Like NuSalt. Its just powdered potassium chloride. Add it to whatever you're drinking. Salt is damn near free and that Nusalt stuff is around $7 for a 200serving size bottle.
