I have this little beast personally and i play most AAA titles in 1440p at around 30-120 fps its absolutely amazing how much power these little pcs are packing. If your looking for a small form factor gaming pc for under $500 get this little beast.
I would even suggest putting the linux distro Bazzite for a 20-35% boost
Pretty much anythung a steam deck will run this will

that one was an Acemagic brand with slightly newer 8745HS CPU. basically the same performance but with a bit of AI stuff.

Is it better to pay $25 more for the Acemagic one? It is showing $458 now.

Don't let the higher number trick you.

ACEMAGIC W1: Ryzen 7 8745HS
  • 8745HS is OEM-exclusive (often slightly custom-tuned versions)
  • Zen 4 architecture (2023)
  • Same die as 7840HS but binned differently (could be slightly worse silicon or just locked to lower power limits)
  • Not as widely benchmarked or supported
  • NPU = Yes, but less documented than 7840HS
GMKtec K6: Ryzen 7 7840HS
  • Flagship retail processor from AMD's 2023 Phoenix lineup
  • Also Zen 4 + RDNA3 + Ryzen AI (same architecture)
  • Higher clocks (base and boost)
  • Actively supported in BIOS/firmware updates by AMD and OEMs
  • Better-known thermals and stability
  • Officially positioned as premium CPU for gaming and productivity mini-PCs
(BTW I bought Acemagic recently. It came bricked and wouldn't even start, BSOD'ing after each boot. Will be replacing for GMK K6.)
