Do not buy this or any Hori product. I purchased this as a christmas gift for my son, it got stick drift less than a week after opening it. I have been going back and forth with their warranty department for 6 months. Their latest correspondence reads "Hello Customer,

Thank you for emailing Hori USA.

We sincerely apologize for the delay in responding to your case.

We are unfortunately experiencing a large backlog of customer service cases, causing delays in our response to customers.

I receive this exact message over and over about every 3-4 weeks.
