It says 10Gbps but TBT4, but doesn't thunkerbolt need 40gbps?
The selected notebook can't be shipped to CA/CO/HI/OR/VT/WA due to the energy regulations adopted by these state.
Apparently these states have strict regulations for certain electronics in idle or sleep mode.
