It's a great wood protectant.

To make salad dressings, drizzle on steamed vegetables and fish, use in baked goods such as brownies and banana bread instead of butter or vegetable oil for added nutty flavor.

Real or fake? It takes a lot of walnuts to get oil from. For this price, it's not believable

I bought their brand, same size, of sesame seed oil and it was just as good as the Japanese made toasted sesame seed oil we buy from the Asian food store. I would think it's the real deal. I'm in for one! Sounds like a good way to add a little extra flavor to Chinese chicken, peppers and walnut dish. (Well… The chicken is from my local Publix, so it's not an "actual Chinese chicken". Just thought I'd clear that up in case anyone was wondering :-)

I have and originally used it for cooking. It tasted good but walnut and my system, not a good combo.
I now use it for wood protectant around the house. Covered picnic table outside, wood handled tools and kitchen knives.

It may not be the best but I've read from research that it's a fast and drying oil.

I use it to fry wild birds I catch around the mountain. Fried sparrow. Yum.
