They are probably referring to the past which isn't helpful. I bought it back then as well with a coupon which I don't see now. Well worth it for what I've used it for. At $10 it's still probably worth it.

Personally, I will use this while sitting back and watching TV. That's when I do core strengthening and stretching. I get bored sitting still too long, 😂
