Email alerts stopped

Hi,
The 24th of June I stopped getting all Deal alerts.
I normally get 50 to 80 per day.
I have looked over every one of my settings.
I have sent myself deals from the "Email This" links and I get them.
I pretended to change my email address and the alert from Slickdeals arrived in my inbox. So I know Slickdeals generated emails get through.
I am baffled.
I thought they were not arriving in Thunderbird until I looked at the ATT online email and they stopped arriving there.
I have gone through my ATT Email settings repeatedly to verify that I have no filters and no blocked domains.
Anyone have any ideas?

I looked into it and it looks like emails from us were getting hard bounced for whatever reason. I have reset that and you should start receiving them again but if not, please let us know.
I spent hours trying to figure out the problem - checking and rechecking...

Could you please explain what the 'hard bounced' means?
I almost didn't post here because I could not imagine you could fix it.
Now it seems I am getting specifically 4 STAR only.
I definitely did remove my old alert and reset it to what I thought it was to see if that would fix things.
How do I specify 4 STAR and up ?
