If I'm not mistaken believe this is fine for kids it's the Hot wheels one that has the nutty Ai and paywall.

This has to be near cost after factoring in the memory card and logistics to get it to consumers.

this game seems cheap because it is a freemium model. you either grind out races to level up or pay real money (pay to win) to skip the grind

the price point is by design. they are making their money by selling in game coins so that people pay to win.. vs grinding out tons of races to try to level up

in other words. very similar to how roblox games and mobile games are "free"
