T-Mobile is offering existing customers up to $20 back today, and $20 in bill credits for 6 months, depending on your plan. The link describes the deal in detail. For me, I called T-Mobile and told them I was thinking of switching carriers. They offered me $10 off today, and a $10 bill credit for the next 6 months.

What did you say to them ?
- Opened the virtual assistant help chat via TLife mobile app- typed "Cancel my lines (555-555-5555, 555-555-5555, 555-555-5555)- virtual assistant made me click to talk to a live person and I waited a few min- Live chat came on and asked why do I want to cancel?- I wrote "Verizon is offering me lower pricing and a deal to switch to them"- They said "looks like you're on one of our lower priced plans that offer a lot of value, how about changing these lines to cheaper packages or watch/tablet plans in case you want to come back to the service at a later date?"- I said "no Verizon is offering me the same type of service for a better price and giving me additional discount if I switch to them"- They came back with the $10 + $10 for 6mo offer- I said hmmmmmmmmmmm ok I will stay then!Done

I got $20 per month for a year. It probably depends on your plan, number of lines and how many are fully paid off. I had no commitments on 4 lines on a military plan.

A lot of fishy crap going on with T Mobile lately. I was getting texts from them on all my lines advising my HD video expired. I got fees tacked on that made no sense. My hotspot limits max out in 15 days every month and i don't even use it. Checked everything including apps usage. The phone reps take hours to do one simple thing. I'm on a very old unlimited $40 per phone. Surprised they aren't fee attacking the people with free lines.

How many lines you have in total and what's your monthly cost

lol, $10 now, $10 x6 later, total $70, per account.

worst case, your rep said "BET", and cancels your account with 10 free lines.

Per account, from what I was told. $10 now and $10/mo for 6mo. Total $70.

I pay less than $100 for 9 lines. I am sure they would love to cancel my account if I asked

Please update and let us know. I have 9 lines for $116, not sure if I should bother calling or not.

Do you have the military magenta plan, by chance? I'm paying $120 for three lines, though I do use the ad-free Netflix through them.
