T-Mobile is offering existing customers up to $20 back today, and $20 in bill credits for 6 months, depending on your plan. The link describes the deal in detail. For me, I called T-Mobile and told them I was thinking of switching carriers. They offered me $10 off today, and a $10 bill credit for the next 6 months.

offering to move to to some essentials plan for $120 a month unlimited from my magenta plan. What would the downside be? I don't want to make a dumb decision.

We certainly don't want to lose a valued customer like you. I understand your concerns, and I would like to offer you $10 off per month for the next 6 months, totaling a $70 savings. It's our way of showing that we value you and would love to keep you with us. Would you like to take advantage of this offer? It's worked!!!

I was able to chat with customer service and received $20 one time and $20 over the next 12 months as a retention incentive.

11 lines for $190 🤔 I didn't want to risk it but it worked! Previously, reps would just give me the account info and how to access the port PIN. I guess folks were leaving and I don't blame them after the recent price hikes.

For some reason I don't trust them but at least it's documented. This was their response after I pushed for 12 months instead of 6 months...

Of course, no problem at all! I can take care of that. Before I do, I noticed your account qualifies for a $20/month discount for 12 month - plus an extra $20 today - saving you $260 total. Would you like for me to do that now?

Took 8 minutes, but that was easy. All in T-Life app chat. $10 credit today, plus another $10 credit for each of next 6 months!

You have 11 lines for $190? Even after their price hikes? What plan do you even have?

I got lucky with all the free line promos starting way back in 2016. I also have the insider discount on the Magenta Max plan.

Here's the breakdown of the bill.

Magenta MAX 9L (plus 2 additional lines)
Includes $40.00 AutoPay Discount, $40.00 Line Discount ID180004,
$45.00 Line Discount ID200011, $90.00 Friends & Fam 2 Lines On Us.
and $46.00 2021 T-Mobile Insider P1.
$184.00

Does anyone who successfully received the credit have device(s) on EIP?

hahaha yeah, I have 8 total lines (6 lines free) on Go Plus plan, 6 of the lines have EIP credits ranging from Fold 6, 16 Pro Max, and others iPhone 15's. My financing credit limit was around 4.5K when checked last year.

Got the $70 total credit deal.

Took some effort dealing with a fool via T-Life chat, but finally got the $10/mo, and $10 1 time credit.

The comments on this article are worth a look. https://www.phonearena.com/news/t...g_id170263

I'm actively shopping for a new plan to move from T-Mobile, the complicated part is that I have 6 people on my plan, and they live all over the US.

Honestly it is good to see the word retention word here in the USA, nothing personal but companies are robbers here compared to the UK where you almost take advantage of most telecom and internet companies, people are happy getting slammed by overpricing for everything

I chatted with the rep online and was offered:

- Immediate $10 credit
- $20 discount for the next 12-months.

for a total of $250. It was a hassle free process.

Please update and let us know. I have 9 lines for $116, not sure if I should bother calling or not.

"9 Voice = $84.00" is my plan. I dont think I want inexperienced T-Mobile Rep to mess with my account for $10/month
