...not that I'm suggesting anyone buy the cheapest no-name China-direct batteries they can find. There are more reputable options available without breaking the bank.

I wouldn't really recommend a no-brand like this, at least, go with Eco-Worthy.

BMS is a problem.
On a boat I have 100Amp breaker for Eco-Worthy 200Amp BMS battery. Just kind of safety factor.
For this one I would use 50Amp breaker to be safe.
