Its not bad coffee, but isn't very good coffee either. I'm no snob and I'll drink almost anything because I drink A LOT of coffee. So much so that I'll go through these 2 bags in a month.
This coffee isn't great tasting, but its fine. Its not a dark roast which is fine but it still brews very light considering. I find myself not making it solo, usually doctoring it with a scoop or two of espresso. Again, its all fine and lighter coffee might be your preference.
But the kicker to me is that the coffee turns acidic very quickly. By the time I'm finishing the pot (still hot) the coffee is acidic. Other coffees don't do that in my machine so I know it's not that.
