They lied on multiple occasions during my honey moon. Changed their offering and refused to honor things listed on the website to the comment too bad.
Scheduled meetings and avoided me.
When I had trouble in the room with one of the tvs they accused me of disconnecting the box.
They held my bags hostage until I signed the bill so I could not dispute the charges.
They brought me free gifts and charged me for them.
Promises a free room upgrade and again charged me for it.
Butler service is shared and they Def operate on island time.
