Wow thats an amazing deal. I own a QD5 and love the picture (especially if you're good at adjusting picture settings).

Heck maybe Bestbuy will price match it

Is this the model number equivalent to one from Costco they reviewed, I don't see 85" being an option. Perhaps 85 screen size was added to the qd6 line up....I guess it's a kinda stupid question but then again.......you never know.

The costco one is inferior due too the costco one having firetv os. Google tv is smoother, more stable, and easier to adjust picture quality.

Best Buy will price match any deal that is available to the general public if it is a model they carry. And if it isn't the exact same model as long as it is an equivalent model (meaning some Sam's or Costco versions are unique to their stores but the model that BB has is virtually identical).

I'm not sure if they have this in the roku version but we have a similar hisense. The picture is fantastic, the sound is great. It gets very bright even for lighter rooms.

However it's a Google TV and I'm unsure if it's the TV or the Google software but it's constantly telling us the memory is full(when it's not), constantly telling us the battery in the remote is low(new batteries still does it), it has this annoying feature where if you press the power button it seemingly turns off but when you turn it back on it goes to whatever movie/program you were streaming. Sounds great right? Wrong.. because it then says it can't do playback and closes the app.. so you either need to fully exit the app or restart the TV.

As beautiful of a tv as it is, I wouldn't get another, it's the most annoying TV we've ever used. It's also annoying that you can't remove half the crap apps they have on there.. if you're like me and don't like clutter, good luck!

The built-in Smart TV software is almost always garbage. I try to buy my TVs for the picture quality reliability and ability to simply switch to an HDMI port with a fire Stick or Roku. certainly would be nice if they did these things right but I generally don't count on it or give it consideration in my purchases.

60hz refresh kills it. That's awful.

The above reasons are why I don't think Elron's brain Neuralink implants are a good idea.
Maybe a wireless brain link hat..?

Roku is ass. You cannot modify roku. Google Tv is just as stable as android tv if not more. I have a qd5 and have zero uses with google tv. I even have the google streamer (my qd5 and streamer feel almost the same in seamlessness).

I can't say for the current models but this why I like Samsung. The built in app work as expected. You can add or remove what's pinned to the quick bar at the bottom, though I did just notice one "ad" based link showed up on that bar that I can't remove, on my 5+ year old TV this week.
