APC UPS Model #: BN600U1 on sale for $60 (25% off), regular price $80. There is a $15 off $60 coupon that you can use for signing up for their mailing list, or a $10 of $50 coupon that they also emailed me after signing up. You will have to find a cheap filler for the $15 off coupon (pens, tape, notebooks, etc). This can bring the cost down to $45 or $50 with free shipping.

As for the UPS, it will be good for low powered devices. I got it for my NAS as it also has a data port in the back. Should also be good for routers, modems, and maybe TVs, etc.

Spec wise, this model # BN600U1 is nearly identical to the more common BE600M1 ($84) aside from a miniscule amperage difference (5A vs 5.42 A on this model on sale). I contacted APC, and they told me the only real difference is BN600U1 is for the retail market, while the BE model is used on their website and for larger production.

EDIT -

This is an FYI for anyone receiving this unit - These devices, like many other APC UPS units come with a quality assurance testing sticker from the factory. It does not mean that the unit is used or refurbished. This has been the standard practice for all units for years.

Can these work to prevent the power loss reminder beeping on a Frigidaire refrigerator?

The new fridges have this annoying "permanent beep until interaction" when the power pauses for even one second, during storms. (Super annoying to have it beep all night starting at 2AM, or get up to cancel it and have the power flicker and beeping start again when just getting back into bed)

The fridge says 3.3A at 115v with 235w defrost power.

According to the user manual for this UPS, the battery is replaceable, with APC part number APCRBC154. .. .Good, some of their newer UPS don't have a replaceable battery!
Even the models that say they are not user replaceable are not hard to replace. You just need to take out a handful of screws to open the case, and then the battery is just sitting in there and connected exactly the same way as the user replaceable versions. It's less convenient than the slide covers, but only slightly so. The whole process takes less than 5 minutes.

The batteries on these die fairly quickly so expect to replace every couple of years.
I have the same model that's been running since 2019, holds up well during power blips and outages long enough for graceful shutdowns

Tip: If you need to configure beeping alerts and reset the battery counter after replacement, you can use their official software for that. I recently replaced the battery in a similar unit with a USB connection and a replaceable battery. This is a great deal! If you have a NAS, a unit with a USB connection is a must. I just bought one to replace my 5-year-old unit that doesn't have a user-replaceable battery and is about to die.

Coupon is $15 off $60. Did you use a filler item?

Open Google Chrome incognito mode with the link, and you will see a spine game, which will earn 15 off 60. You may need a new phone number
Worked, thx! Make sure any adblock/ghostery etc extensions are turned off.

I don't see why not. If the power glitches briefly, the refrigerator shouldn't even know it went out when plugged into this, and it has plenty amps to run it for a short time.

Good deal. Will use this for my UniFi switch and AP. At about 10 watts it should last 3 hours. I would recommend a larger one for NAS. I have the 1500VA one for my NAS so I can get decent runtime

The battery can be replaced via a door similar to what is shown here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ODU3JiRUkcQ ?

our office have 12 of these. Failed one by one after barely a year, replaced new batteries, failed again. Now they are in trash can.

I would just buy LFP batteries that have UPS functionality like an Ecoflow River. Longer longevity and power duration

Was it the same model #? What equipment did you use it for? What is the typical temperature/humidity of your office?
This has overall positive reviews so it's surprising you had so many that failed.

I think that's just asking for trouble.
