shipping weight is 39.1 pounds , which is average for a 10x10 canopy with a sidewall and weight bags , a real"commercial grade" canopy would weigh more ,

Also there is no mention of what weight fabric is the top cover , that is always the problem with a cheap canopy.

If I did not have a couple 10x10s I might be tempted ,

A real commercial grade canopy would be over $250, and would likely be 50+ lbs. just fyi.

They also have icons of "wind-proof" and "rain-proof" yet warn you to not use it in strong winds or bad weather.
