Probably just way under powered. It Might have be faulty. It was just the worst scooter I have bought either way. After having a 800 watt Bird scooter I guess I can't go back to these low powered scooters.
Mine showed today which was earlier than expected. First scooter and it's totally fine for my needs, sure it could be faster but I at the price/weight I am happy. For reference I'm a 205lb rider.
Mine finally arrived Monday. Took it for a spin around my suburban house and my downtown office. I'm just under the max-weight capacity and this can barely handle any incline. It dies going up any moderate hill around town. Even in my office parking garage, it could barely make it up the ramps that lead to the higher parking floors. I would have to zig zag a bit to make it up. Performs well on level streets. Can't complain at this price point.
