There are used mini PCs from more reputable manufacturers with 9th gen i5s with similar benchmark scores and TDP for around this price (HP ProDesk 600 G5). I'd recommend those over this.

This has marginally better performance for multithreading performance and almost the same for single threaded performance compared to a significantly lower wattage N150 (35 W vs 6 W). This will also lack QuickSync making it pointless for Plex transcoding.

The reviews indicate that some units come with Crucial memory. Looks like a Beelink type clone, which is more trustworthy than KAMRUI/AceMagic garbage.

Even though the ryzen 3550H is basically first gen Ryzen, or 2000 series, or zen+ as they say. It has Vega 8 graphics which is basically a GT 1030. Which is decent for a mobile graphics chip. Way more capable than most Intel integrated graphics until very recently.
