I've used these in a bakery over the years. They're on the stiff side.
The real selling point is the handle, you can stir the heaviest batter without flexing the handle.
By the way, I think the description is wrong. In my experience, Rubbermaid spatulas with the red handles are the only ones you can use with high temps, like on the stove top.

Anyone know how flexible the tip is ? 😂😂 serious question though
"FLEXIBLE BLADE: The spatula has a stain-resistant blade that easily flexes, making it easier to scrape the sides of the mixing bowl to gather all contents"
I can't get rid of this old spatula I have because I can't find one as thin and flexible as my original

Right, this is NOT for stovetop. it is actually rated to 200F
"HIGH HEAT RESISTANT: Resists heat up to 500 degrees F or 250 degrees C"
The description also says the handle material is nylon, which cannot withstand 500F; 300F is the limit for most.
So something about the description is wrong.

The previous comment was alluding to the fact that the description is incorrect.. And I agree. Some pictures from buyers also prove the point.
So something about the description is wrong.
