The listing is a mess. It does say E24 in the title, but not "Pro." Same for the model name section: "Gaggia Classic E24." But the Manufacturer description says " Gaggia Classic Evo Pro." Whole Latte Love does not have a listing for an E24 without pro in the name. The Gaggia site for the "New Gaggia Classic E24" without pro does say that the model has a brass boiler, but also 15 bars of pressure? The Amazon description says this has 9 bars.
The one machine that says it has a brass boiler, the Blue model, says Gaggia RI9380/50 Classic Evo Pro in some places and Classic Pro E24 in others.
However, on Reddit people are saying that they're getting brass boilers when ordering the linked model via Amazon, even if they didn't expect to. And two of the more recent reviews for the brushed steel model do say it has a brass boiler, and one of them says they installed a PID/Pressure monitor which suggests they had it open and would have noticed if the boiler wasn't brass.
So taking a gamble that it's the brass boiler.

This is what you want if you don't want to replace your Breville's Delonghi's every few years. You can actually repair these Gaggia's forever. And if you want to get fancy you can add a Gaggiuino for infinite customization.

It is not E24! The seller (whole latte love) said that if it were the E24 it would be in the title.

Both good machines but there is so much more information on cleaning, maintaining and upgrading the Gaggia. This is for a manual espresso machine.
My brother swears by the SACEO system used in fully automatic espresso machines. These machines can sell for $400 - $thousands and they two machines can use the identical espresso system.

I had BBE for 3 years, now 3 years Gaggia. There is not much that I miss honestly. Volume dose maybe? After PID mod and 9bar mod, I am happy with Gaggia. I can do 5 or more espressos in a row and they will be consistent, which was not the case with breville. I like the physical on switch that allows me to control it through smart plug. I make 2-4 espressos several times a week, clean it every 3 months and it's running strong.

The Silvia is a better machine with a larger boiler, more steam power, and a standard portafilter holder that's compatible with anything made for an E61 machine. The most annoying parts of the Silvia for me were the poorly designed drip tray and not being able to easily see the water reservoir level.

I'd still recommend going with a used Silvia if you can get a good one. Also if you get an older version with a non-stainless steel frame make sure that there's no rust under the drip tray.

But my nitpick with all these authentic Italian metal and brass old school machines like the Gaggia is they have a boiler that takes 10-15 minutes to heat up. I wish SOMEBODY would make a BIFL machine with a thermojet heater. I don't care if I need to replace the heater every 3-5 years as long as its under $100 part and fairly easy to replace for the technically inclined.

Do yourself a favor and just pay the extra $240 to get the Breville Barista Pro. It has a grinder, and a hot water only output if want to make an americano, or just want hot water fast for tea or hot coco.

There are higher end machines that use thermoblocks. Most of the Ascaso lineup uses them so you might be interested in a machine like the Steel UNO [ascaso-usa.com]. It's expensive but they do go on sale from time to time.
