I knew you were kidding, I could look and see how many hours I streamed on twitch the past couple years they were all done on the 2060 really

the 2060 had a hard time with Red Dead redemption 2 and streaming at the same time so I know my next system will not

It's not a bad deal on paper but they probably cut some corners somewhere. You could build one yourself for around the same price with all high quality parts and squeeze a 2TB SSD in there instead.

5070 with 12 gbs is dead on arrival. Unless you stay in just 1080p, in brand new games playing in 1440p(high) you are getting 10 to 11 gbs usage already.
