Don't put it in the dishwasher. I made that mistake and the dish detergent reacted with the metal and made it look like crap. Obviously the instructions specify that it is not dishwasher safe, so it's entirely my fault, but thought I would leave the tip for others to avoid the same error. πŸ˜…

Historical low ever according to 3C. Was closer to $15 MSRP back in 2021.

Nordic Ware makes good stuff, their sheet pans are top rated by ATK: https://www.americastestkitchen.c...ing-sheets

Might grab 2...

Put some bar keepers friend on it and it should get it pretty clean. I have the 8x8 i left an apple crumble in too long and got pitting and oxidation on the aluminum haha.

Using the dishwasher for aluminum always ends badly in my experience.

Hehe, I'll give it a try. It reacted years ago so I'm not sure if even barkeepers friend would be able to reverse at this point. Maybe too little too late? Worth a shot though! πŸ€“

Made just down the bike trail from me (or street, but bike is closer). I know a few of the guys who work there that stop off at the Legion end of shift.

I have two of these.

The metal lid is nice -- doesn't break or crack as easily as plastic lids.

However, the edges are VERY sharp. You'll probably cut yourself on it. We have, many times. For that reason alone, we've migrated away from using bakeware for storage.

After some use it "sands away". You can always run a fine sandpaper on it and it'll make it smoother. These type of bakeware are meant to be worked in.

...it's metal. You're not "working that in" like it's a pair of shoes.
