The ADA recommend soft bristles because firm ones can damage enamel and gum. It may seem soft ones don't clean well, but you just have to adjust to it. The Colgate website basically recommends that people not use firm ones.

This chart appears to be incorrect. The sonicare site says G3 are soft, and this says medium. I didn't check other the others, but just wanted to pass that along.

Still live for me (black 4 pack as listing says): one time purchase $25.45, S&S shows $21.63 for me since I have other stuff in next month's order.

didn't see the deal on my Prime even after going into checkout, maybe expired?.
But my question is, 4 for $24 and Costco has these all the time at 8 for $50, which I typically get.
