I think the coupon is targeted, cuz I can't see it.
Ok it looks like it's only in certain areas because the name of the promotion name is "2025-07-03_NorthEast_30%_Computer Networking" so it looks like it might be only in the northeast. I'll screenshot the product page and coupon page when I'm on my PC and add them to this post.
If one hubs get bricked out of warranty good luck with Asus. Many horror stories about that. The restoration firmware software does not do Anything and Asus will charge you a fortune to fix it or replace with an et9. I strongly believe the et8 has a hardware flaw. The et9 is the same as the et8 minus the bricking hardware issue.
Hated these. Do no recommend. 6ghz would disappear often. Firmware updates would break things more often than not, which were very infrequent.
I usually love asus routers. I have bt8s, and love them. This model I think is just a lemon.
I'm going to get a new router at the end of this year to replace my aging Orbi and I was planning to get either the BT8 or BT10 3 pack but the customer reviews have been mixed on Amazon and Best Buy which is concerning me. It sounds like you didn't have any of the issues that people have mentioned in reviews.
I've also been tempted by some of the TP Link mesh wifi systems because they're so inexpensive but since they release so many models, I'm questioning how long they will update the firmware on each one unless they share most of the firmware.
