A huge part of this - and a huge part of the advantage - is the warranty. But with Woot I notice you only get 90 days warranty. I think it wise to look at another brand if that's all the warranty a buyer would get.

I contacted Seasonic and they confirmed that it has a full 10 years warranty and also shipped me 12V - 2x6 cable for free.

Woot is not typically an authorized seller so warranty with manufacturer may not apply in many cases. I'm sure there may be some exceptions.
