The 83-inch model shares a lot of similarities with the LG C4 OLED. It uses LG's Alpha 9 AI Processor Gen7, supports a 144Hz refresh rate, has three USB ports, and has a 2.2 channel speaker system, all of which are the same as the C4. Due to these shared features, we expect the 83-inch model to perform more in line with the C4. However, it doesn't have LG's Brightness Booster technology like the C4 does, so it isn't as bright overall.

I have a 42" c4 and that processor seems useless for opening up something as simple as the settings menu lol. It takes about 6 seconds for the menu to pop up.
Our LG CX TV from 2000 opens up the menu in 1-2 seconds.

It is the image processor that is the same, motion, color, all that. Not the processor that controls the apps and whatnot. The A9 chip. That and 144hz refresh rate, among the other things listed above.
WebOS is what you are talking about about. It is not the worst among TVs but it is far from the best. But I imagine the B4/C4 would have the same version of WebOS, although the 42 and 48 sizes of the C4 are under models that are missing at least some of the features of the bigger models, so it is possible they have a difference in application WebOS processing power, but I don't know. My 83" B4 is snappy and works fine, for now. Will probably add a shield or apple TV down the line if I need to.
Still cheaper at LG plus they will install

I think the GC is for online orders only.
It is still $1999.99 but now includes the gift card.
