How much did you spend? Exactly $10 or $10.01 or more? I spent exactly $10 and haven't received anything yet. I also contacted support and they didn't understand the conditions either and also said they would "make a note" for the missing coupon.
I made a purchase of exactly $10 last week and received my eBay coupons yesterday. I was convinced I had screwed up by not hitting $10.01 or more, but surprisingly it still worked out.

They are wrong, the terms clearly spell out how it all works. People like voodoo_chile are on some weird agenda to disbelieve anyone who says it works the way it literally says in the promo terms. I received the multi-use coupon after a single $10+ purchase. On my 2nd account I did not even though it was done the same way as the 1st account.
