The Law and Order crossovers aren't included, but if you can buy them individually for a few bucks, these are the ones to get and what they correspond to on Homicide. FYI, Google AI might disagree, but I believe these are the correct ones after checking elsewhere.
"Charm City," on Law & Order (Season 6, Episode 13) and "For God and Country" on Homicide (Season 4, Episode 12).
"Baby, It's You" with "Baby, It's You" on Law & Order (Season 8, Episode 6) and "Baby, It's You (Part 2)" on Homicide (Season 6, Episode 5).
"Sideshow," with "Sideshow (Part 1)" on Law & Order (Season 9, Episode 14) and "Sideshow (Part 2)" on Homicide (Season 7, Episode 15).

These are cropped to fit 1080. The series was shot in 4:3 aspect ratio for TVs of the time, so this digital copy has the top and bottom of the frame removed. Bad transfer. The old DVDs and downloads from "other sources" are true to the original content.

There's also a lot of music replacement, IIRC.
