Looking at its IMDB, it has high 7s, low 8s for the first two seasons. Falls off the rails in season 3. Doesn't really pick back up.

Yep season 1 and 2 are absolutely golden. Idk about going off the woke rails like that other commenter said.

As a student and current resident it genuinely highlights some of the struggles our patients face in this convoluted medical system but the solutions are scripted and dramatized. Add in a sprinkle of romance and cast leaving prior to the show ending created some convoluted twists to the story even leaving me frustrated at times.
