Hands down one of the best shows I have seen. As an IT person, it actually does a good job at what is actually possible. Also, if you have ADHD, it will remind you to take your medication.

I would rank the seasons like this:
Season 1 - 8.4
Season 2 - 7.2
Season 3 - 8.0
Season 4 - 9.9

I thought season 2 faltered, but Season 3 recovered and Season 4 is maybe one of the greatest seasons of TV i have ever watched.

I watched first season on release and it was great. I still haven't come back to it, eventually I'll rewatch season 1 and finish the rest of it.

I know I'll love it.
this was me too. Absolutely loved the first season and watched a few of the second, for some reason just lost the time but always meant to go back and finish it knowing I'd like it and it did not disappoint. Such a fantastic show, an actual steal at $20

Season 2 is SLOW, but definitely worth the watch.

It's a shame that they had to rush the series and finish it before the director wanted to. Show could have used another season or two, but TV execs gonna TV exec... LMAO
Originally Sam Esmail wrote Mr. Robot as a movie. When he got to season 4 he realized there wasn't enough story for season 5 and too much story for the 10 episode seasons like seasons 1-3, so he got the studio to agree to a longer season 4 (13 episodes) and wrap things up satisfyingly.

It is a bit confusing though since season 2 has 2 two-part episodes and technically has 12 episodes that season.

Loved season 1 but just couldn't sit myself to finish the 2nd season so never got back to it. In what way is S4 better than S1?

They got creative and did things rarely or never done on TV.
There is an episode with near zero dialogue. And it works really well
There is another episode that plays out like a play and is super creative.

Someone else called the end existential - I think they executed that really well and stuck the landing on it. That's rare, given how this show wraps.

One of the BEST shows I've ever seen. Free on Tubi now but I may buy to "own" it
The only way to 'own' a show is on DVD/BR or unencrypted rip/DL.

After so many companies have removed access to content 'purchased' through them when licensing agreements change or they stop supporting some game and lock it out, I'm just not one to give them my money.

The irony of pirating a show about hacking isn't lost on me though Smilie

Really? Hacking passwords like he did is "possible" ? please...
Actually, yeah. The show had experts on for consulting each season to make sure everything they showed on a computer screen was as realistic as possible. Any hacking you see being done on screen can be done on your own computer with some searching and a tutorial (unless you already know how).

I download all the series I buy. Keep it as a backup in case the internet goes out. 😜

Ridiculous conspiracy series. Couldnt bear it after a few episodes, not sure if it gets better in later episodes/seasons. An insult to intelligent viewers. Good if you are the type that believes we never landed on the Moon and 9/11 was orchestrated by CIA and other BS
You don't have to believe in conspiracy theories to enjoy it IMHO. I binged it just as the last season was coming out. I do find that some series like these make more sense binging than week to week, season to season.

Well it's obvious that you didn't actually watch the show if this was your take. Here is a hint - have you ever heard of the concept of an unreliable narrator?

Little known fact, this takes place in the "Heathers" universe.
