Anyone have an opinions on this for someone who just wants to browse the internet, but have something a bit higher in build quality compared to Acer Aspire 3 from Costco.

Good laptop if you're looking for a portable 2-in-1. IMO 14" is the perfect size for travel and usability.

This was $100 cheaper last week, but we can't go back in time unfortunately.

you sure it was cheaper a week ago? price tracker says identical price ($699) from June 30 to July 6.

Oops, it was the Core Ultra 7 version that was $799.99. $100 more for faster CPU and 1TB SSD.

Certain accounts got an additional $50 on select Windows devices, bringing the total of this Core Ultra 5 laptop to $649.99.

still weighs less than a MacBook Pro 14". But it's right on the boundary of the ultraportable weight.
