I understand efficiency, how well it can convert the power. But if its a 20 amp charger, it's still pulling 240 watts at the minimum if it were 100% efficient, though it's definitely more like 10-15% above that.
Just get a cheap 12 volt trickle charger or a solar trickle charger if near a window
