Got the 20mm paddle during the current promo. The paddle is well made and comes with a really good quality paddle pouch/cover. I am not seeing much better control than my 6.0 Double black diamond and therefore, I am returning.

That's a long handle for sure. If you're a former tennis player just getting into pickleball and want a first paddle I'd sign off on this for $40. 20mm way too thick. Get 16mm. If you're a bit more advanced/been playing for a few months-a year could try the 13mm but at that point you're probably thinking about a better name brand upgrade.

I bought this during prime days and returned it promptly - no spin, no control and paddle feels cheaply constructed.

Agree.. if you sort reviews by date, you can see 100s of reviews within a single week. You don't need fake spot website to check reviews are fake.

Buddy picked one up and I played a few games with it, nice paddle for $40. We're beginners but seemed like a nice upgrade from the beginner sets.
