$100 shipped/sold by Amazon, in a box with Clatina Mellet branding. Said to be like a knockoff Steelcase Leap with more plastic. Having used both, I'd say it's been pretty good, give-or-take the lumbar feature. The reclining function is great. The armrests aren't as freely-adjustable on a plate like the Leap ones, but are fine. The lumbar's too aggressive and doesn't go high enough, but you can pop it out, and then the fabric back works fine with a gentler curve.
If you have a percent-off deal from
Amex or
Discover that requires shipped/sold by Amazon, this works. That's how I got one last year when it was around this price. Then it went "out of stock (more on the way)" for almost a year till recently, then dropped back to $100 now.
EDIT: Looks like
Walmart [walmart.com] and
Walmart Business [walmart.com] also have it for $100, listed as the Furniture of America Inek. Shipped/sold by Walmart.com.

Looks like one of those no name mass produced items from China that you can put your own brand name on it and call it a different brand. Multiple photos of same chair with different brand names.

That's called "white label."
I haven't looked at this particular chair but it's extremely common with those "gaming" chairs so I wouldn't be surprised to see it in the office chair market as well
