Not that good of a deal. Gatorlyte and Electrolit taste like crap and have 30-40% of the electrolytes found in BodyArmor Flash IV.

No one is drinking these for taste or flavor this is for intense electrolyte replacement - but Gatoralyte like Gatorade (which doesnt even tell you how many mg of electrolytes it includes in the bottle) has a pittance of electrolytes compared to Flash IV and even Electrolit.
If you like the flavor grab the case, id skip if you are looking for electrolyte drink

My doctor said these are overrated, there's no significant benefit over regular Gatorade.

It's interesting because this is what they gave me in the hospital twice, once for dehydration before I got IV fluids. The cherry lime non zero isn't bad.
