Search older threads. You'll see the experiences people have had with Clearance Chair and returns/warranties. Highly recommend Costco or Best Buy with Geek Squad coverage.

I've tried Daiwa chairs that look similar to this but 10x the price. Is there that big of a difference between the two brands?

I got higher end one from HD deal last year. It is very nice chair that worth the price in the end. The biggest real issue when it comes to return is item's overall size and weight. How are you going to pack it for shipping? How are you going to ship it? It arrived on pallet (curbside delivery). Probably by XPO logistics. Even if seller provides free return label, no carrier would just come and pick it up from your place, whether it's an apartment or a house. Even if you'll manage to pack it yourself, which I imagine a challenge to begin with.

I have a Osaki 3D chair purchased about 4-5 years ago and love it. I'm surprised to see a 4D chair at this price. Osaki themselves has been great as I had a small issue in the beginning and they were very responsive with problems and warranty. I'm out of warranty now so fingers crossed nothing happens.

I have an Osaki Cyber 3D that we got during COVID. Whatever fake leather they use has cracked and flaked everywhere. Check online reviews as this is a pretty common issue with them
