I Should also note that you should be able to get the Free Apple Pencil Pro as part of Apple's back to school promotion that's listed on there website just make sure to add the pencil pro to your cart and it'll show it at $0

couple things:
1. if your card gets charged and you didnt pay via paypal, congrats, your order is getting shipped
2. if your order status says fulfilled, it's getting shipped for sure
3. if it says shipping soon, it might still get cancelled.
4. the earlier you order, the higher chance of it shipping, but dont be surprised if ppl who ordered after you from a diff uni got theirs and you didn't. it's all luck.
5. tax will be charged on the full msrp of the pencil, not a huge deal

Does anyone know how to cancel the pencil? My iPad is being delivered today but no movement on the pencil and my card only has an authorization for 151.57

Canceling the pencil would make this super slick


Edit

Weight is only .6 lb


Don't think it's the iPad….

Initially I ordered without pencil but tried calling and could not cancel. Then yesterday I got email it will ship soon. Not really sure but looking at am the cancellations I decided its ok even without pencil

On two orders, two pencils shipping but its looking like they charged me (paypal) full price plus shipping for both pencils! One ipad says not ready, one says on order shipping soon

Ordered from ACU. 11 inch blue 256gb at 10:20 am yesterday. Around 5 pm yesterday it went from blank status to in process. I also had a shipping authorization charge for $8 at that time.
However this morning it still says in process and both the pencil and iPad as not ready. I thought the shipping charge ment you were getting it. I did pick standard shipping.

ordered form ASU in the 1st hour, 128gb 13" ipad air m2, ipad says not ready, got charged of the shipping and $0.01 for the apple pencil, will see what happens

So if the FedEx package I see on my FedEx app is the iPad, it went from NY to TN and is now in NJ. It should be delivered today I paid 2 day shipping

I guess you can try to return if it's pencil only or do a charge back since the terms of sale were not met

I think I'm in the same boat. I was going to start a return if only the pencil ships. If that doesn't work, maybe the chargeback route.
