Was anyone charged the full price on the Apple Pencil and had it ship ?
Those that did get tracking info for the iPad, can you please look at the details and see who the sender is or where it's shipping out of? If it's a fulfillment distributor like D&H, I'm still hopeful I'll get it. If it's an actual bookstore...
