11" Grey 256GB+Pencil still in "Not Ready" state. Created new account with email at school and placed order an hour after the first.
11" Blue 256GB marked shipped with UPS Ground tracking number (regular shipping) the same day as purchase. UPS received package the evening after. Pencil changed to shipped two days after purchase ($0.01 charge). Existing non-EDU email account.
11" Grey 256GB+Pencil cancelled later on day of purchase. Created new account with email at school and placed order an hour after the first.

I definitely would have been ok with a cheap pencil as consolation prize, but to get charged full price for it plus shipping and lose out on the iPad just adds salt into the wound.

FWIW, the order I did with next day shipping got cancelled, but the one with regular shipping is still in progress.
My 13 iPad also fulfilled but yet to receive the tracking number.
