I Should also note that you should be able to get the Free Apple Pencil Pro as part of Apple's back to school promotion that's listed on there website just make sure to add the pencil pro to your cart and it'll show it at $0

couple things:
1. if your card gets charged and you didnt pay via paypal, congrats, your order is getting shipped
2. if your order status says fulfilled, it's getting shipped for sure
3. if it says shipping soon, it might still get cancelled.
4. the earlier you order, the higher chance of it shipping, but dont be surprised if ppl who ordered after you from a diff uni got theirs and you didn't. it's all luck.
5. tax will be charged on the full msrp of the pencil, not a huge deal

Appreciate the link but I don't know my order number. Haven't ever received any emails about this order and didn't take a screenshot of the order confirmation page at the time of purchase.

That's weird. You should have at least received order confirmation if you entered your email address. I've use the track order link since I didn't create an account.

The iPad status used to say something else before (maybe "not ready") and I'm pretty sure it had a dollar amount. The pencil still has the $0.01 next to it.

I had forgotten to take a screenshot of the order confirmation page so never had the number either. It's as if it just didn't accept the order, even though I did see the order reach the end on my screen.

Also, check your spam folders.

I wonder if you create an account it'll recognize the email used to place the order thus having the order show up in your order history under your newly created account. They keep a database of all the orders and prompt you to create an account during the ordering process.

I should take my own advice and try it myself lol. 😅

I'm in the same boat. Placed the order on my phone and when I went back to get the order number, the screen refreshed and I lost it. Never received an email and don't see a charge on my CC. I know the order completed, but can't find a way to track it now.

I tried this, but the order is not showing up in the account. Created the account with the same email address I initially used for checking out as guest.

Yeah, it's very strange. I have the $8.56 pending charge from ASU in my bank account but no communications about the order in any form. Been checking my spam too.

From my experience and from what others have mentioned here, you should be getting something shipped to you. I also got a charge (for $8.69, I'm assuming it's the shipping charge + tax, maybe the .01 for the pencil too) and then got a shipping email for the pencil only. Not sure if that low amount means pencil only or if that's what they do for the iPad also. I think someone mentioned they received that small charge and then got the full charge for the iPad a day or two later, not 100% sure though, lots of comments on here.

Sounds like the pencil pro shipped as that amount is close to what mine was. Still waiting on the iPad to hopefully ship!

lol they cancelled the ipad after shipping the pen, with overnight shipping. and charging me $119 + overnight + tax for it. what kind of bs is this. now i need to go fight them for a refund? ridiculous

I'll cross my fingers and wait a few more days and see what happens.

Just tried to create an account using the same email that I used in my Guest Checkout order, and it did not populate my account history with my order. I kinda thought that was a longshot, but worth trying.
